Reports

There are several options when generating reports in TeamLeader.  You can set specific filters for particular dates and workshops.  There are many default reports setup in the system or you can create your own custom report and it will show in the list as well.  The reports are available in HTML or PDF format.  Reports allow managers to track statistics, determine who is working on what projects, and how much time they are spending in each workshop.

1. Choose Tools > Reports.

2.  Select the type of report you want the system to generate from the drop down menu.

3.  Select the Report Format.

4.  If you want the system to use data from all the workshops, place a checkmark in the appropriate checkbox.

5.  Choose to search all Users or specific users from the drop down menu.

6. Click the Show Report.

7.  The results will display similar to the one shown below.
