Assign a Status to a Task

You can assign a status to a task using the Main Task Window or the Task Details Window.  Status Reporting keeps track of the tasks that are late, coming due, etc.

 

Main Task Window

1. From the Main Task window, place a checkmark(s) next to the item(s) that you want to assign a status to.

2. Select the status you would like to assign to the task by clicking the Complete or Incomplete button shown below.

3. Click Yes when the message appears asking if you are sure you want to change the status of the task to Complete or Incomplete.

 

Task Details Window

1. Select the Teamwork tab.

2. Select a task from the list

3. From the Task Details Window, select the Status drop down menu and select either Complete or Incomplete to change the task status.
